Car Window Tinting in Hertfordshire

Engineered to deliver a high standard of performance, our window tint film is known for its quality, colour stability and durable, scratch-resistant coating. It is available in a wide range of colours and shades. Unlike other window tint providers, we remove the entire door card to fit the film, which almost completely eliminates the chance of peeling from the bottom of the window. Once the film is in place, we then file the edges of the door glass so there are no gaps of light, which gives a factory style finish. We offer a lifetime guarantee on all window tints.

We can also remove or replace the existing film on any car where it has been applied aftermarket.

Our team have over 20 years’ experience professionally installing window tinting in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, including Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamstead, St Albans, Watford, Luton and surrounding areas

What are the benefits of window tinting?

Owners customise vehicles for many reasons, from the practical to the aesthetically pleasing. For many, window tinting adds to their comfort and security - but it also has practical benefits:

  • Tinted windows provide valuable added protection for occupants from harmful UV rays, heat and glare

  • It is especially helpful for children sitting in the back, by avoiding exposing them to direct sunlight

  • Window tinting can help to keep glass fragments together should a window get smashed during a collision or break in

  • Having window tint installed can help reduce interior fading as well as reducing air con consumption which in turn lowers running costs

  • You may also find reduced glare from headlights behind you during night time driving

Chameleon Film

Chamelon films are a new and exciting polarising film. Mainly designed to fit to the windscreens, the variety of colours adds sleek designs and glare reduction to any vehicle, whilst the thickness of the film will ultimately strengthen the windscreen as well.

Take a look at our gallery of cars that have had Chameleon film added to their windscreen.

Please note: Although most UK vehicle windscreens are legally allowed to have chameleon film fitted (legal limit is 75%), please be advised that some vehicles come with slightly tinted windscreens from factory so please carry out your own checks. (Please note: VLT Levels can vary with different batches).

Please make sure you have had the Visible Light Transmission on the windscreen measured before having it installed.

Window Tinting Laws UK

Vehicle windscreens must let through 75% visible light transmission. Front side windows must let through 70% visible light transmission. All windows from from the B-pillar back have no legal requirements.
